End for Faithless

Faithless, one of the greatest bands of the dance split up beginning of this month, after their European tour ended.

Rapper Maxi Jazz made the announcement on the band’s website, Faithless.co.uk. Their last gig was scheduled for April 8 at London‘s O2 Academy Brixton, where it was broadcasted in cinema’s all over Europe.

Jazz explained: “After 15 years and six albums I think we’ve probably made our collective point by now and that it’s time to close the book and return to the library.”

The dance band, completed by DJs/producers Sister Bliss and Rollo, formed in 1995 in London. They were festival staples and released their last studio album, ‘The Dance’, last year.

It’s a pity, but we still have some great music memory. Watch & listen to some of their great hits like Insomnia, Salva Mea & God is a DJ.
